Encounter Underway in J&K between Terrorists and Security Forces

An encounter is underway between terrorists and security forces in the Gund area of Jammu and Kashmir's Ganderbal district.

KashmirZone Police in a Tweet on Tuesday morning said, "Encounter has started atGund, Ganderbal. Further details shall follow."

This comes after two terrorists of UN-designated terrorist outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba, were neutralized in an encounter with security forces in Bandipora on Monday.

Armsand ammunition were recovered from their possession.
