On the occasion of the sixth International Yoga Day, the Himveers and Sentinels of the Himalayas, Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel were seen performing Yoga asanas on Sunday morning.
Taking it to Twitter, the ITBP on their official handle has posted photographs and retweeted videos of the personnel practicing Yoga near Khardung La, Ladakh at 18,000 feet high and at the Himalayas of Sikkim at 18,800 feet.

ITBP Lohitpur located in Arunachal Pradesh displayed a 'Back to roots' yoga that amalgamated Ayurveda to enhance immunity to fight COVID-19", a tweet said.
