A fire broke out at a basement office in the Fort William, the Army's Eastern Command headquarters on Monday morning, news agency PTI reported.
According to a fire brigade official, the blaze was reported around 7:30 am in the morning and was doused by 11 am.
No injuries or casualties were reported. The cause of the fire has not been ascertained yet.
