With natural disasters taking its toll in all directions of the globe, lightning, on Sunday, claimed 32 lives and left 13 others injured in Uttar Pradesh .
The victims of lightning belonged to Kanpur, Fatehpur, Jhansi, Jalaun, Hamirpur, Ghazipur, Jaunpur, Pratapgarh, Kanpur Dehat and Chitrakoot.
According to an official statement Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced four lakh rupees ex-gratia to families of each victim.
The Chief Minister has directed sincere and rapid execution of relief work.
