Governor of Odisha Ganeshi Lal and his wife have tested positive for coronavirus, Raj Bhavan informed through twitter on Monday.
As per reports, five more members of his family have also contracted the virus.
"Hon'ble Governor and first lady have tested corona positive and have advised all who have come in close contact recently to get themselves tested," it twitted.
The governor and his wife have now been admitted to a private hospital for treatment.
