PrimeMinister Narendra Modi congratulated Canadian premier Justin Trudeau forreturning to power on Tuesday. Trudeau led Liberal Party returned to power on Mondaybut he will now be primeminister of a minority government.

Meanwhile,Trudeau would now require at least 13 legislators from rival parties to form aLiberal Party-led minority government in the 338-seat House of Commons.
