The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed all reviewpetitions in the Rafale case. The apex court has also closedproceedings in the criminal contempt case against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
Justice SK Kaul, while reading out the judgement saidthat there are no grounds to order an FIR and that the court cannot initiate a "rovingand fishing inquiry". The SC dismissed the review petitions in the Rafale casepronouncing that there is no ground for an FIR.

On the other hand, the SC bench while pronouncing its verdict in the criminal contempt case against Rahul Gandhi said that the Congress leader should be more careful in the future. There was a case the Congress leader for wrongfully attributing the 'chowkidaar chor hai' jibe to the Supreme Court.
