Uproar by opposition Congress over developments in Karnataka stalled pre-noon proceedings in the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday, with practically no business conducted in the House. As the protest by Congress members continued, the House was again adjourned till 2 PM.

Uproar by opposition Congress over developments inKarnataka stalled pre-noon proceedings in the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday, withpractically no business conducted in the House. As the protest by Congressmembers continued, the House was again adjourned till 2 PM.

Lok Sabha has been adjourned till 2.00 pm. A discussionon Budget 2019-20 is in progress.

Congress has staged a walkout in the Lok Sabha over thepolitical crisis in Karnataka.
