Rajya Sabha MP Amar Singh cremated in Delhi

Rajya Sabha member Amar Singh was cremated at the Chhatarpur crematorium in Delhi on Monday.

The cremation was done in the presence of a restricted number of family members, two days after he died in a Singapore hospital. Singh's body was brought to the city in a chartered aircraft on Sunday evening. His last rites took place around 11:30 am today.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, BJP Rajya Sabha member Jyotiraditya Scindia, and Jaya Prada paid their last tributes to the former Samajwadi Party leader at his Chhatarpur farmhouse.
