In amajor development in the sexual harassment case against CJI Ranjan Gogoi, the three-judgein-house Supreme Court inquiry panel dismissed the complaint against CJI Gogoi.The panel was headed by Justice SA Bobde.

According to reports, the inquiry panel found no substance in the allegations contained in the complaint of the former employee of the Supreme Court.
However, the panel said that its report constituted as a part of the in-House procedure and is not liable to be made public.
