US President Donald Trump onTuesday called Prime Minister Narendra Modi the "Father of India".
"I remember India before, it wasvery torn. There was a lot of fighting and he brought it all together like afather would bring it all together. Maybe he's the father India; we'll call himthe father of India. He (Modi) is a great gentleman and a great leader," Trumpwas quoted as saying by ANI following the bilateral meeting in New York.
