Assam faces Rajasthan hurdle in away encounter: Match Preview

After 2 back to back home games, Assam will face Rajasthan in an away match in its 5th Ranji Trophy match of the 2018-19 season to be played tomorrow in Rajasthan.

Assam would be on a high after a more than convincing victory in the last match against Haryana by an innings and 35 runs. However, away games are always tricky, and Assam would want to replicate their performance. Their batting has let them down on most occasions and all eyes will be on openers Rishav Das and Pervez Aziz to give them a solid start. Gokul Sharma looked in fine touch in the last game and he would want to continue the good work. The bowling department looks much better with Arup Das, Ranjit Mali and Mukhtar Hussain in tremendous form this season. Rajasthan would be backing a lot on their star bowler Aniket Choudhary. Rajasthan is currently placed at top in the points table in Elite Group C.
