Assam taekwondo players bag four medals in National Championship

In the 38th Junior National Taekwondo Championship, the players of Assam exhibited a spectacular performance by winning four medals.

The players bagged four medals, one gold medal, one silver medal and two bronze medals. Dipika Hazarika won the under 44kg gold and Manomati Dhutiya won the silver medal in the under 52 kg category. The bronze medals were bagged by Suraj Sah in under 59kg category and by Irin Nobish and Karnel Baruah in poomsae pair bronze

The 38th National Junior Taekwondo Championship was played from December 5-8, 2018 at Shimoga, Karnataka.
