Athletic Bilbao beats Atletico Madrid by 2-0

Athletic Bilbao adds another feather to the cap by defeating  Atletico Madrid by 2-0 in a La Liga clash.The defeat of Atletico Madrid left them 10 points behind first-placed FC Barcelona by the end of the weekend.

Bilbao put an end to Atletico's run of four consecutive league wins thanks to goals scored by Inaki Williams and Kenan Kodro.

Sources confirmed that four days after a crushing 3-0 round-of-16 second-leg loss to Juventus that eliminated them from the Champions League, the Colchoneros put in a poor performance  at San Mames Stadium in this northern Spanish city.Two goals by Inigo Cordoba and Kenan Kodro were splendid.
