Cristiano Ronaldo Tests Covid +ve

Footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has tested positive for coronavirus, the Portuguese soccer federation confirmed on Wednesday. He however has no symptoms and is doing well.

Ronaldo is currently in isolation and has been dropped from Portugal's squad for their Nations League match against Sweden on Wednesday.

The federation said Ronaldo's result prompted another round of tests for the rest of the Portugal squad.

Everyone else in the team tested negative, it said.
