CWC19: Australia become 1st team to qualify for semis

Australiaon Tuesday become the first team to qualify for the 2019 World Cup Semi Finalsafter defeating England by 64 runs at the Lord's Cricket Ground. For theAussies, Mitchel Starc took four wickets while Stonis picked one.

Earlier, Australia captain Aaron Finch made 100 in a total of 285-7. Chasing a target of 286, England were all out for 221. Ben Stokes made 89.

England have now lost all four WC matches against Australia since 2003. England are currently fourth on the points table with eight points from seven matches.

The latest defeat for England also breathed more life into closest challengers Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan, each of which must still win all their remaining games to stay hopeful.
