FIFA World Cup 2018 | Struggle for Top 16 intensifies as Messi and Argentina face pressure from fans

Day 8 of the FIFA World Cup 2018 has two Group C matches in store along with a Group D match.

In Group D, Argentina will compete with Croatia at 11:30 pm in the Nizhny Novgorod Stadium. Argentina's Lionel Messi is bearing the weight of expectations from fans and football enthusiasts since he missed a penalty in his last match against Iceland.

In group C, Denmark will face Australia on the pitch at 5:30 pm IST in the Samara Arena while France and Peru will lock horns at 8:30 pm in the Ekaterinburg Arena.

Croatia will qualify for the Top 16 from Group D if they beat Argentina while France and Demark will qualify if they both win their respective matches.

Australia and Peru will be cast out of FIFA World Cup 2018 if they can't win their matches today.
