Rafael Nadal beats Novak Djokovic 6-0 4-6 6-1 in the ItalianOpen final in Rome on Sunday. The World No.2 clinched his ninth InternationalBNL d'Italia title after overcoming a tough challenge from Djokovic after twohours and 25 minutes.
It may be mentioned that Nadal also broke a tie with Djokovicby claiming a record of 34th ATP Masters 1000 crown. It was his 81sttournament.
Nadal, who was beaten by Djokovic in the Australian Openfinal in January outshined his opponent in the Italian Open final.
