Footage of Australian bowler Adam Zampa with hands in pockets and a white object in his hands made rounds over various social media platforms.

According to reports, Zampa was likely using hand warmers when cameras captured him putting his hand in his pockets before holding the ball and walking into bowl.

Australian Captain Aaron Finch said "I haven't seen the photos, but I know that he has hand warmers in his pocket," adding, "He has them every single game he plays. I honestly haven't seen them (the images), so I can't comment too much on it. But I know for a fact that he has hand warmers every game."

It may be noted that the umpires did not raise any concerns pertaining to this issue on the field on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Smith and Warner have been encountered jeers at all three of Australia's games after the ball tampering scandal engulfing the duo.

Indian team Captain Virat Kohli apologised to Steve Smith for the booing and abuse from Indian fans and urged supporters to cheer him in Australia's 36-run World Cup loss.
