10 Dead After Navy Choppers Collide Mid-Air In Malaysia

At least 10 people were killed after two helicopters of the Malaysian Navy crashed into each other while practicing for a naval parade, the Royal Malaysian Navy informed on Tuesday.

According to reports, the fatal crash took place at 9:32 a.m. local time (0132 GMT) on Tuesday at the Lumut naval base, which is situated in Perak, a state in western Malaysia.

"All victims were confirmed dead at the scene and sent to the Lumut army base hospital for identification," the Navy said in their statement.
