Air Plane Crash: Bangladesh Air Force Training Flight Crashes Into College, One Dead
In a major air crash incident in Bangladesh, a Bangladesh Air Force training aircraft crashed into a school in Dhaka’s Uttara area today (21st July), leaving at least one person dead and several others injured.
The aircraft has been identified as an F-7 BGI fighter jet, which went down on the premises of Milestone School and College, where students were present at the time. The crash sent shockwaves through the area as emergency services rushed to the scene.
According to reports, at least 13 people were injured. Firefighters and military rescue teams arrived promptly to conduct relief and evacuation operations.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) of the Bangladesh Armed Forces has confirmed in a brief statement that the crashed aircraft belonged to the Air Force. Fire service officials, quoted in international media, stated that at least one person was killed and several others were injured in the incident.
