Air raid sirens blared across central and northern Israel, including in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Nes Ziona, and Rishon Lezion, as explosions rocked the targeted areas. The Israeli military confirmed that multiple missiles had been launched from Iranian territory and said efforts were underway to intercept incoming threats.

According to reports, approximately 30 missiles were fired by Iran, with one of the primary targets being Israel’s Ben Gurion International Airport. Iranian state television broadcast live footage of the attack, claiming that the strikes were aimed at “the occupied territories.” A presenter described the salvo as part of a continuing response to American and Israeli actions in the region.

Visuals circulating on social media appeared to show significant destruction in the northern Israeli port city of Haifa, though the full extent of the damage remains unclear.

Emergency services in Israel, including Magen David Adom, reported that 11 people were hospitalized following the missile strikes. Among them was a 30-year-old man who sustained moderate injuries after being hit by shrapnel.

The missile attack came shortly after U.S. President Donald Trump confirmed that American forces had targeted three sensitive nuclear sites in Iran — Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan — using high-powered bunker-buster bombs. The Fordow facility, a heavily fortified underground nuclear enrichment plant, was struck with the GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator, a weapon capable of penetrating deep underground targets. The bomb was reportedly delivered by a B-2 stealth bomber, a capability exclusive to the United States.

In addition to the aerial strikes, U.S. Navy submarines also launched around 30 Tomahawk cruise missiles as part of the coordinated operation, marking one of the most extensive American military actions against Iran in recent years.
