A massive fire broke out at Guwahati’s Fancy Bazar area on Sunday. The fire broke out at Chamber road in Fancy Bazar.

The fire is suspected to have broken out from the Maharaja Hotel. The reason behind the fire is believed to be an electrical short circuit.

The city’s fire department reached the spot and efforts are on to douse the fire. Several business establishments were reportedly engulfed in the fire.
