Pratidin Bureau

After parting ways with BJP and three ministers resigning from their posts, Assam's regional party AGP has declared to protest against the government.

Opposing the Citizenship Amendment Bill, the party is set to stage torch march on January 18 in every constituency.

On January 24, all the AGP MLAs will sit on a hunger strike and on January 30 party workers will launch a protest rally in every district.

The regional party, in a legislative meeting headed by Atul Bora, has also decided to form public opinion at the national level.
