AGP to announce candidates for 2 constituencies tomorrow

With poll preparedness at its peak, all political parties are putting forth their best cards in various constituencies of Assam. Keeping pace with the election wind, BJP-allied AGP is set to declare Barpeta and Dhubri candidates  for the upcoming Lok Sabha Polls on March 27.

Exuding confidence, party's general secretary Manoj Saikia stated that the party is positive of clinching all the three seats.

Out of 14 seats from Assam, AGP, which is part of NDA, will contest from Kaliabor, Barpeta and Dhubri constituencies. BJP will field for 10 seats and BPF for one.

It may be noted that on March 25, Mani Madhav Mahanta filed his nomination papers from AGP for the Kaliabor seat.
