In arecent development regarding the ongoing Burmese Supari-syndicate in Assam, ithas been found that hundreds of Burmese Supari laden trucks regularly violatedtraffic as well as trade rules. It has been also revealed that the BurmeseSupari laden trucks have been transporting in the State by producing fakechallan.

It may be mentioned here that earlier, Pratidin Time conducted sting operations that revealed several shocking information regarding the ongoing Burmese Supari-syndicate. Hundreds of Burmese Supari laden trucks enter the State through Assam-Mizoram border. It was also revealed that the trucks have to pay a huge amount of money to each and every police officials near the border. Later the police officials transfer the amount to political leaders.
