Arunachal flood | At least 800 People stranded

At least 800 people stranded while many others were missing in a flash flood which left a trail of devastation at Kaspi Nala near Nag-Mandir Tenga, West Kameng District of Arunachal Pradesh on Monday evening, reports said.

An RCC Bridge between Kaspi and Nagmandir washed away by floodwater. The Army and Paramilitary forces have been deployed to rescue the victims. The West Kameng district administration has closed the BCT (Balipara, Charduar, Tawang) road.

According to reports, a cloudburst triggered the flash flood at the evening, damaging over four houses, one boys' hostel and one hilly restaurant along with several vehicles and motorcycles.
