Cache of arms recovered at Indo-Bhutan border

A cache of arms and ammunition was recovered at the Indo-Bhutan border in Bogamati of Baksa district on Saturday, officials said.

In an investigation lead by Deputy Superintendent of Baksa Police, two rifles and pistols each and a chunk of explosives were recovered. They weapons and explosives were found buried.

The police force received a tip-off from their sources and conducted a search operation respectively with the help of Goreshwar and Suogpur police personnel.
