COVID-19 Darrang: Active cases touch 278 today

55 new cases of coronavirus infection in the Darrang district have been reported on Saturday, taking the active cases tally to 278.

25 out of the 55 cases have been detected from inmates of the district jail in Mangaldai. On Friday, 219 active COVID-19 patients have been undergoing treatment.

Including the 55 cases so far the district has recorded 866 positive cases.
