Flash floods throw life out of gear in Guwahati

Heavy rainfall on Friday evening brought life to a near standstill in Guwahati as several parts of the city were inundated by flash floods.

Bamunimaidan, Jalukbari, Maligaon, Bharalumukh along with many other regions are some of the worst hit areas.

Commuters and several vehicles remain stranded due to the artificial floods. Traffic snarls were also reported from many parts of the city.
