Hailakandi returning to normal

Violence struck Hailakandi is gradually returning to normal after the day time curfew had been removed.

Likewise, internet services has also been restored in the Barak Valley region.

The administration has appealed the people to restrain themselves from rumour mongering in social media and contribute towards restoring peace.

Earlier, violence between two groups during the first namaz of Ramzan, which claimed one life and left several injured, let to the imposition of the curfew in the district on Friday.
