The 19th lucky draw contest of Howly Rash Mahotsav has been announced on Monday. Since 2006, the lottery contest has become an integral part of the Rash Mahotsav in this town in Assam's Barpeta district and all the prizes are cars.

The first prize winner is ticket number 370382 which bagged SkodaKodiaq worth Rs 35 lakh.
