IITG students take stand against CAB

With organisations, students' bodies coming together one after another in protest against the Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB), not trailing behind, students of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati have come forward to stand with the people of Assam.

IITG students' bodies and residents have come forward to stand with the people of Assam. With a black piece of cloth tied to their mouths, the students protest with banner and protests against CAB.

Students from the northeast staged their agitation at the main entrance until late hours.

The students have alleged that they will never accept the Bill that threatens the identity of the native and indigenous people of the state and have also threatened to intensify protests if the aforementioned Bill is not withdrawn.
