LPG project halt enters fifth day

The LPG Transport Association's indefinite protest against Indian Oil Corporation Limited ( IOCL) enters  fifth day on Thursday.

LPG Transportation Association  have halted the supply LPG at a bottling plant in North Guwahati. A meeting was arranged between the IOCL and the LPG Transport Association but the discussion was unsuccessful fueling the LPG Transporter Association  members to resumed their protest.

More than 1200 trucks and tankers have been trapped at North Guwahati's bottling plant.

The Association members has been protesting against the shifting of the IOCL head quarter from Guwahati to Kolkata , the profit percentage being reduced to 20% among various others.
