In an operation launched by Kokrajhar Police and Commando against terrorists apprehended one NDFB (S) cadre from the Ultapani area in the India-Bhutan border.

TheNDFB (S) cadre has been identified as Deepak Borgiary.

Policealso seized a 7.65 mm pistol and five round bullets from Borgiary.

Onthe other hand, in another joint operation launched by Udalguri Police andCobra Regiment apprehended another NDFB (S) cadre from Mazbaat. The NDFB cadrehas been identified as Anjoy Basumatary alias Modai Basumatary.

Basumataryis the trained cadre of 38 No unit of NDFB.

The NDFB cadre is now under interrogation by the Udalguri police.
