Triggering sensation a newborn recovered at the Namti region in Sivsagar on Wednesday morning.

As per reports, the baby was noticed by a lady teacher which was kept in a bag near a Naamghar. After got the information the locals reached the scene recovered the baby and sent the newborn to Sivsagar Civil Hospital in Joysagar.

Now, all the locals are shocked to face such an incident and condemned thewhole incident.
