Road accident in Morigaon: one dead

A deadly road accident has taken place at Dalbari region in Morigaon on Sunday morning, where one had died at the spot.

As per reports, a deceased has been identified as Aminul Haque, resident of Jaluguti.

Reportedly, the accident took place when high speedy gravel loaded dumper (AS 01 HC 944) hit him from the front when he was riding his pulsar bike (AS 21 G 2945) to receive his brother, who was coming from Dibrugarh.

It may be stated that, after the accident, the duper dragged him to a long-distance, when he got critically injured and after a few moments he breathes his last at the spot.

Somehow, the driver of the dumper managed to fled away from the scene immediately.

It has been alleged by the locals that, such kind of road accidents have been increasing at the region due to the poor road condition and the high speed of the dumpers.
