With only a few days left for the Rongali Bihu, people across the State have been preparing for the spring festival. The Assamese community living outside the State as well as the country has also prepared cultural programmes to mark the beginning of the season.

Participating in such a programme, Assam heart-throb Zubeen Garg on Sunday mesmerized the audience in Nigeria. Starting with a Meera Bhajan, he enthralled the crowd with his popular Assamese songs. Zubeen also performed his Bollywood hits along with a few Bengali.

The programme 'Geetanjali', was organised by the Assam Cultural Association and Bhojpuri Samaj of Nigeria.
