BJP forms Maha Govt.

Pratidin Bureau

In a major breakthrough, Devendra Fadnavis took oath as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra while National Congress Party (NCP) leader Ajit Pawar took oath as the Deputy CM of the state in early morning today.

The state was plunged into a political crisis after the Sena broke its three-decade-long ties with the BJP after the latter declined to share the chief minister's post.

NCP's Sharad Pawar just yesterday said that Shiv Sena's Uddhav Thackrey will be the CM and the coalition of NCP, Congress and Shiv Sena will form the government in the state.
