A terrorist has been killed in a gunfight with the security forces in Gunfight in area of Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district, police said on Wednesday.
According to the police official, thegunfight began on Tuesday during a search operation launched by securityforces. They started the operation after receiving the information thatterrorists were present there.
"In the ensuing gunfight, an unidentified militant was killed.The body has been recovered while his identity and group affiliation is beingascertained," the police official added.
