T20I: NZ beat India by 80 runs

New Zealand beat India by 80 runs in the first of three Twenty20 matches at Wellington's Westpac Stadium on Wednesday.

Batting first, the black caps posted 219/6. Wicketkeeper Tim Seifert was the top run-scorer for the Kiwias with 84-run in just 43-ball. Chasing the target, India had a batting failure and collapsed in 139.

Tim Seifert is named Man of the Match for his batting as well as display of performance behind the stumps.

In T20Is, This is India's biggest defeat by runs.
