At least 30 people were injured in a head-on collision between two passenger buses at Rampur under Assam’s Kamrup district on Wednesday morning.
According to sources, one of the buses (AS-01LC-9478) was heading towards Guwahati, while the other (AS-01KC-9799) was en route to Goalpara when they collided.
Following the mishap, the injured were taken to hospitals in Mirza and Rampur for treatment.
Among the injured, the drivers of both buses are reported to be in critical condition.
