Guwahati Police on Tuesday have filed the chargesheet in the road accident case against accused model Rajkanya Baruah.
The city police have filed the charge sheet before a lower court and the same has been intimated before Gauhati High Court.
As per reports, Gauhati High Court, while, hearing the bail plea, asked the 29-year-old event planner to approach the lower court where the chargesheet has been submitted.
Currently, the 2016 Miss India finalist has been in judicial custody since October 8.
On October 2 late evening the 29-year-old event planner and model was driving back home in an inebriated condition after attending a party in a city-based hotel when she injured nine PWD workers at Rukminigaon. She was arrested by Guwahati city police on Saturday but got bail within a day. She was re- arrested on October 6.
She has also been 'shown arrested' in a separate case of accident that occurred in 2017.
