Janata Bhawan Fire: CM Sonowal Orders Inquiry

Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Wednesday ordered an inquiry into the Janata Bhawan fire that broke out on Tuesday.

The chief minister instructed General Administrative Department Secretary G D Laskar to enquire into the incident. The CM also instructed to set up a 24×7 Disaster Management Cell at the Assam Secretariat premises.

Sonowal also instructed to set up a single switch in every block for power management.
