Massive Market Fire In Assam's Nagaon; Goods Worth Lakhs Destroyed

A massive fire erupted at a market located at Batadrava in Assam's Nagaon district during the night between Wednesday and Thursday.

As per reports, goods worth several lakhs of rupees were gutted in the fire incident Fortunately, the fire was later brought under control by the fire officials, police, and alert residents in the area.

Several shops and business establishments were damaged in the incident. No casualty or injury to anyone was reported.

The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
