Fugitive billionaire Nirav Modi was sensationally spotted by a British reporter, who followed him for four minutes on the streets of London and tried to extract an interview.

Nirav Modi, 48, is wanted in connection with Punjab National Bank fraud case. In December last year, British authorities had informed India that Modi was living in the UK.

Mr. Modi after defrauding public money of Rs 13,000 crores have reportedly opened Diamond business against SOHO, in London under  a different name.

With handle bar moustache Mr Modi is almost unrecognizable but the journalist spotted him. The Journalist who spotted him is Mick Brown, 69 years old; a biographer of businessman Richard Branson &  writer of the book, "The Spiritual Tourist" (with a lot of India references)

The Congress is now demanding that if a journalist could spot Modi living openly in London, why Government of India is not being able to trace him out.
