Aditya Pancholi gets interim relief in rape case

ActorAditya Pancholi has been granted interim relief by a court in Mumbai onTuesday.  He was accused of rape by anactress last week.

TheMumbai Police had filed a case against Pancholi based on the actress' statementbefore the police. As per the reports, actor Pancholi cannot be arrested tillJuly 19 in the case.

"Ihave all the evidence in this case. I am ready to cooperate with the MumbaiPolice. If they call me for my statement, then I will cooperate. I am ready forinvestigation," Pancholi quoted as saying by news agency ANI. Pancholi hasclaimed that he is being implicated in a false case.

The actresshas also accused that Pancholi extorted Rs. 50 lakh from her after threateningto send her private photographs to her relatives and friends.

It maybe mentioned here that actress Kangana Ranaut has also accused Pancholi of sexualabuse.
