While speakingto IANS, Ram Kapoor said in an old interview that his physique works for hiscareer but he wished to be healthier. He said, "I am pretty happy with myphysique for my career but it's not healthy to be like this. I wish to behealthier maybe  lose some weight butcareer wise I am very satisfied with my weight as I am getting good roles in TVshows and films."
