Salman Khan's much-anticipated Eid release 'Race 3' received a bumper opening across India as the movie collected a massive Rs 27.69 crore on the first day of its release.

Like most Salman Khan movies in the country, Race 3 further progressed to have an even better day two at the box-office as it grossed Rs 36.25 crore, according to reports.

On the third day, 'Race 3' brought in a whooping Rs 37 crore on Sunday, which brings the film's total tally to Rs 100.94 crore within first three days of release.

The film, which has received mixed and average reviews from the audience and critics, is expected to witness a further rise in roping in more mullahs by the weekend.
