Veere Di Wedding banned in Pakistan over vulgarity

Sonam Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer upcoming Bollywood film Veere Di Wedding has been banned in Pakistan before its release that was scheduled on June 01.

As per reports, the censor board of the country has banned the film because of its vulgar language and objectionable sexual dialogues.

It may be mentioned here that the story of the film revolves around the lives of four female friends and their misadventures with family and society. In the film, they openly discuss their sex lives and use cuss words.

Directed by Shashanka Ghosh, Veere Di Wedding also stars Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania. The film is all set to release across India this Friday.
